How many people can you accommodate?
Our Roanoke location can host groups of up to 100 people, depending on layout and event type.
What types of corporate events do you host?
We host team building events, meetings, trainings, Lunch & Learns, holiday parties, client events, and company celebrations.
Is A/V included?
Yes. Projection and sound are available for presentations, trainings, and announcements.
What is the booking and payment process?
A 50% deposit is required to lock in your event date. Remaining balances are handled closer to the event.
Do you support invoicing for Commonwealth of Virginia departments?
Yes. We can invoice Commonwealth of Virginia departments through the eVa system.
What is your cancellation or change policy?
Deposits are refundable up to 10 calendar days prior to the event. Date changes can be made up to 7 days prior to the event.
Can we customize food, activities, and layouts?
Absolutely. The event builder shows available options, and our team can help tailor the event to your goals.
Is parking available?
Yes — ample free on-site parking is available for your guests.
